The HAARP Project
HAARP (High Active Auroral Research Program). It is a program to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might change the operation of communications and surveillance systems." It began in 1993 for a series of experiments for twenty years. It is similar to numerous existing ionospheric heaters around the world, and has a large number of diagnostic tools that are used to improve the scientific understanding of ionospheric dynamics.
This project has brought much controversy among the scientific community because of fears that have some groups who think that a bad use of quantum physics applied to management of climate could lead to serious problems for the planet.
The main component is the HAARP Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), an ionospheric heater. This is a transmitter of high frequency (HF) used to temporarily modify the ionosphere. The study of these data provides important information for understanding the natural processes that occur in it.
According to two leading scientists (Begich and Manning) are convinced that through HAARP would send a beam into the ionosphere of electromagnetic particles that would be targeted and focused on contributing to warming.
Outside the weather manipulation, HAARP has a number of other related uses: "HAARP could contribute to climate change intensively bombarding the atmosphere with high-frequency rays. Converting low-frequency waves at high intensity could also affect human brains (some have raised the idea that this is handled with human beings at will) and can not be excluded that tectonic effects.
With the above it is proposed that this new silent weapon, the U.S. government would attack its interests dangerous countries systematically changing climate, could be for example, which provoked a serious drought or storms and even earthquakes INTESA.
Hopefully this is said against this project is just full of false assumptions and paranoid, because if it's true that many scientists speak out against this project, our planet if it would be in serious danger of nuclear weapons and no loud but something quieter and equally dangerous.
