Jesus' Tomb

It has caused an uproar in recent days in a documentary that is the case in Israel discovery of the tomb of nothing more and nothing less than Jesus, something which contradicts the fundamental basis of Christian belief is that the resurrection.
The documentary was produced by James Cameron and directed by Simcha Jacobovici. It is based on the discovery of a tomb, on March 28, 1980, during construction of an apartment complex in Talpiot, Jerusalem. This tomb was excavated immediately by the Israeli Department of Antiquities and issued a report which detailed the discovery of 10 mass graves in it.
Of these mass graves (containers that were the bones of a skeleton), five bore inscriptions that can be associated with these names: Jesus, Mary, Matthew, Joseph and Mary Magdalene. A sixth ossuary bore the inscription Judah son of Jesus. The latter is in Aramaic, while the first four are in Hebrew and the fifth, in Greek, said Mariamene e Mara (Mary, known as the master, ie Mary Magdalene).

The possibility that the names are a coincidence has also been studied. Apparently there is only one chance in 600 of that is a coincidence, according to the number of times that these names are repeated in other tombs of the period. Anyway, the first critical voice against the assertions of the film itself has been the discoverer of the tomb, the Israeli archaeologist Amos Kloner, who warns that nothing can be tested and not draw hasty conclusions. According to Kloner, there is no proof that this is the tomb of Jesus, and believes that the documentary only wants to "sell" and create controversy.

Others more daring and extraterrestrial believers of the theory argue that Jesus ascended to heaven not as it is believed, which was led by an extraterrestrial craft from Flare 5 in which fulfilled another mission, which was also successful.

In this disembodied planet and out of respect for their high investiture his remains were brought to Earth and buried in his homeland, not being at present no trace of them. This according to the followers of the extraterrestrial theory is the most logical of all possible stories that can be created.

  1. The question is, how and why was this discovery obfuscated and marginalized for many years?
